Natural face care is all about choosing the right stuff to put on your skin. If you put something that doesn’t belong, your skin will react, and it will look worse.
In this article you will discover the 3 simple secrets to natural facial care, and how you can make it work. You can look younger almost right away if you apply these things.
Before we get to the 3 tips, I just want to let you know that the products that you see marketed the most, are rarely good for your skin.
These companies have huge marketing budgets and they can almost put anything they want in their products (as long as it isn’t illegal yet). They have celebrities promoting their products so people buy them.
The real truth is that they have harmful ingredients in their products. You might think, why would they put those in if they harm your skin?
Firstly, it’s cheaper and they make more money. Second, because they can. These ingredients haven’t been completely proven to be harmful, but would you want to drink chemicals and other harmful ingredients? I would think not.
This is what they put in the products and this is what your skin absorbs when you use their creams and lotions.
Let’s look at the 3 secrets to natural face care:
#1 – Soaps
Stop the use of harsh soaps immediately. It dries out your face and isn’t good for you. Use filtered water or cucumber juice to tighten your facial skin before you go to bed.
#2 – Natural Ingredients
When you look for natural face care products, look for ones with natural ingredients. Some ingredients that I prefer are Cynergy TK and Phytessence Wakame.
Cynergy TK is almost a miracle ingredient when it comes to reversing the aging process of the skin. And phyessence wakame is an extract from Japanese sea kelp, renowned for its ability to heal your skin and make it younger.
#3 – Fruits %26 Vegetables
That’s right! Eating a lot of good raw, fresh, ripe and organic fruits and vegetables will provide your body with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that not only will make your skin look incredible, it will also improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Skin care - for face - NEED ADVICE?!!!?
I have a lot of skin problems....starting with my face.
1) it's really oily and acne-prone. like BAD.
2) i HATE my complexion when I'm not wearing makeup. I look very washed-out and uneven skin-toned. The skin under my eyes is a little darker/redder than the rest of my face. I just want that "natural beauty" to come out!!!!! without the touch of concealer, or blush, or powder!
I need advice on what to do for oily skin- Skin care: face wash/toner/moisturizer/foundation.
& how you can give your skin a healthy glowing look without makeup?? I'd really like to be able to go out in public without ANY makeup one day!!!
*Any advice would be great- Natural home remedies, products no matter what the price is...I'll pay whatever to look GOOD naturally. THANKS A BUNCH!!!!!
I just bought some St. Ives apricot scrub for oily/acne prone skin - I've used it two times so far - and seems like my complexion is looking more even. But I don't know how it's going to work in the long run ---- is this scrub anything like the Bee Luscious line? has anyone used this? I've just heard from some people that they liked it... thanks everyone for your advice!!!
Answer
check out the philosophy wp line for acne prone skin, at sephora, www.philosophy.com, or qvc. i love their "make-up optional" kit.
